Villa is a lovely Majorcan Villa located between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa beach. It has been made great use of both local decoration and design. The cottage style villa, which is all on one level is cozy and provides good holiday accommodation and is decorated in majorcan colors and style.

The entry to the villa is directly into the comfortable lounge with television, which provides international TV channels. There is also free WIFI available in Villa. From here there is access to a fully fitted kitchenette with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday.

From the lounge there is a corridor that lead to a double bedroom with lovely pool views. There is also a bright twin bedroom with pool views and a bathroom in between. At the end of the corridor there is a third twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

From the lounge, doors open onto the veranda facing the garden and wide big terrace. Here there is an outdoor dining area perfect for eating " al fresco ", and with easy access to the pool, BBQ, and sunbathing area.

Villa is situated on a large plot partially screened by hedges , plants and shrubs. The Villa is completely private and fenced.

Villa is well situated just 6 min drive both to Pollensa and 4 min drive to Puerto Pollensa where in the evening can participate of the variety of activities in town or visit the restaurants and bars that the towns has to offer.

Old Pollen?a boasts several good restaurants and small caf?s. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.

Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking. In the evening there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants.

In Cala Sant Vicen? (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystalline water.

A car is needed for additional flexibility as Villa is well-situated for exploring other beautiful and picturesque areas near it.
