Villa is located in Cala en Porter on the Spanish island of Menorca. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 5 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with private swimming pool. The villa is walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Layout

The villa is set over one floor. Access from the patio is onto the comfortably furnished living room with dining area. The separate kitchen is located next to the lounge. In addition there are 3 air conditioned bedrooms (1 double en-suite, 1 twin, 1 single) and a further family shower room. Outside, located next to the shaded dining area furnished with table and chairs, there is a fantastic additional area with sink, barbecue and traditional oven. A roof terrace provides beautiful views over the surrounding countryside.

The living room has sofas, WiFi Internet and DVD player.

Kitchen

The kitchen features: granite work-tops, full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a Barbecue.

Villa has 3 air conditioned bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air conditioned with a double bed. En suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is air conditioned with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 is air conditioned with 1 single bed. Villa can sleep up to 5 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)

The size of the pool is perfect for a refreshing swim and the access via roman steps will allow you to sit down in comfort and relax while cooled by the sparkling blue water.
