Overview

Villais located in Tias on the Spanish island of Lanzarote. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 21 people (16 adults and 5 children) with 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms along with private, heated, swimming pool and sea views. The villa is walking distance to restaurants.

Layout

Villa consists of the main villa along with a separate self-contained annexe:

The Main Villa:

Sleeps up to 16 people and has three floors: The ground floor is open-plan with air-conditioned kitchen, dining table, living room with comfy sofas (it can sleep an extra person if necessary); 1 family bathroom with shower. It also has 1 bedroom with bunk beds and A/C, and 1 double bedroom with A/C. On the first floor are another living room with sea views and comfy sofas (it can sleep an extra person if necessary); another open-plan kitchen, dining table with sea views and access to the terrace; 2 double bedrooms with A/C (one of them with sea views and access to the terrace); 1 twin bedroom with A/C; and 1 family bathroom with bath. On the second floor are 1 double bedroom with A/C; 1 twin bedroom with A/C; and 1 family bathroom with a bath. This second floor is perfect for 2 parents and 2 children as access to the twin bedroom and the bathroom is from the double bedroom. On this floor is another terrace.

The Annex:

Open-plan air-conditioned kitchen, living room with comfy sofas (it can sleep an extra person if necessary); 1 family bathroom with shower. It also has 1 twin bedroom with A/C, and 1 double bedroom with A/C.

Private Swimming Pool:

By the pool, there is a kitchen area with fridge and cooker and another bathroom with W/C and shower. You will also find a dining area and a BBQ next to the pergola.

Living Room

The Air Conditioned living room has sofas, WiFi Internet and dining area. There are sea views from the living room.

Kitchen

The air-conditioned kitchen features: granite work-tops, full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a Barbecue.

Bedrooms

Villa has 8 air conditioned bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air conditioned with a double bed. Bedroom 2 is air conditioned with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 is air conditioned with a double bed. Bedroom 4 is air conditioned with 2 single beds. Bedroom 5 is air conditioned with a double bed. Bedroom 6 is air conditioned with 2 single beds. Bedroom 7 is air conditioned with a double bed. Bedroom 8 is air conditioned with a double bed. If additional beds are required there is 2 sofa beds. Villa Oasis de Asomada can sleep up to 21 people. Villa has 4 Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 is a family bathroom with shower. W/C. Bathroom 2 is a family bathroom with shower. Bathroom 3 is a family bathroom, bath with shower. W/C. Bathroom 4 is a family bathroom, bath with shower. W/C. Maid service, bath towels and hand towels are included.
