Villa is located in Puerto Calero on the Spanish island of Lanzarote. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms along with private, heated, swimming pool and sea views. The villa is walking distance to restaurants.

Layout

The villa is set on two floors, with the main accommodation being set on the upper floor. Here can be found one airy lounge with bay windows, kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the lower floor there is a convenient and independent one-bedroomed apartment, which can be accessed via an internal staircase or via the outside. This apartment features a large kitchen with sitting area and a bathroom with shower as well as a double bedroom. The villa is surrounded by a well kept garden, offering the plus of a big brick-built barbeque. For the safety of the children the pool area is gated.

The living room has sofas, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, DVD player and dining area. There are sea views from the living room.

Kitchen

The kitchen features: granite work-tops, full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a Barbecue.
