From the balcony there's a stairway that leads to the pool area. From the living room you access the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooking plates and oven. All kitchen utensils & appliances are available. On this floor there is a double bedroom with a shower cabin and sink.

Walking down the stairs you will find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bath tub. The view from the bed is breathtaking. Second bedroom with 2 single beds. Third double bedroom with sliding doors for direct access to the pool. Large second bathroom with bath tub/shower. Separate room with washing machine and iron. All bedrooms have large built-in closets and air conditioning.

From the balcony you reach the garden, private pool (7x3 mtr) and terrace with furniture and BBQ. This villa has a semi-salted pool. This means soft water, no chlorine and no red eyes! It has electrical heating throughout the villa for the chilly winter months.

The beach is at 400 meters; a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive. Private parking for 1 car and ample parking space in the quiet street. Free wifi.

Unfortunately no groups of youngsters are allowed in this villa. Minimum age is 28.
