Villa is a brand new delightful Villa in Pollensa and we are pleased to introduce it onto our portfolio of Villas. It is conveniently located approx 1.5km from the old town of Pollensa, its location is set back directly off the country road that leads from Pollensa old Town to Alcudia, open aspect, set on its own large grounds. Entry gates lead you up the short drive to the villa.

Huge entry doors greet you and open into a spacious lobby /open-plan lounge/dining area.

To the left of the entry lobby is the dining area with its large window one wall and stylish wooden dining table with modern black chairs. To the right of the lobby sliding doors open into a super modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including feature wall oven and microwave and chic stylish white breakfast table and chairs. Large glass sliding doors lead out of the kitchen onto a covered terrace with views and direct access to the swimming pool. There is a separate utility area off the kitchen.

Directly in front, from the lobby, is the light and airy living area, nicely decorated with its striking blue sofas and chairs in their cool summer theme. French doors open out from the lounge room out to the covered terrace with its nice terrace furniture and sofas, and direct access to the pool. (Note, the living room area can also be accessed from both the lobby entry and directly from the dining area with a step up, and step down from under the stairwell area.)

Adjacent to the dining area is a shower room and directly opposite this bathroom is a double bedroom with its elegant white wrought iron headboard.This bedroom has fitted wardrobes and french doors leading out to the covered terrace with its “chill out” area with sofas.

Open- plan style stairs lead up from the entry lobby and dining zone to a landing. At the top of the landing, there is a large half wall glass window.

To the left of the landing is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes with french doors opening out to a enormous uncovered balcony with stunning views of the countryside beyond. Further along the landing is the delightful blue complete bathroom, with shower over the bath. On the right is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. At the end of the landing is the master double bedroom decorated in soft natural tones with a feature "renovated wooden headboard", and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has its own private en suite shower room. There is small “Romeo and Juliet” window within this bedroom.

The lovely pool with its roman steps is located to the side of the Villa which has a small grassed area on one side and covered terrace the other end. There are lovely countryside views from the pool. The pool is accessed from the main terrace by 3 steps leading down. To the side of the pool is a freestanding portable BBQ, also adjacent is a covered pergola area, ideal to sit under for shade, adjacent to the pool and pergola area is an exterior shower room with step in shower recess.

Villa is a super Mallorca Villa with modern, stylish fittings and furnishings throughout all the house. The villa design and exterior layout due to its open aspect is not surrounded by gardens. The villa offers openness and space as it is set on its own large grounds surrounding the property and enjoys excellent views from both the terrace and pool to the countryside beyond, together with its stunning views from the top uncovered balcony. Also, it is only approx a few mins drive to the old town of Pollensa. Villa has "no excuse" for running out of wine during your stay! - you have a lovely vineyard just mins walk away should you wish to either wine taste or buy some local vino!
