This 3 bedroom apartment 100 meters from the beach is located in a secure gated community. It offers a great terrace and a south facing private garden with sunbeds. The upscale community offers two large lagoon swimming pools with sunbeds in lanscaped tropical gardens. As you enter your house from the fragrant tropical garden you will find a large and well appointed living room with plush sofas, flat screen TV with international channels, and high speed fiber optics internet with WiFi throughout. On the ground floor you will also find the large and luxurious master bedroom with its own ensuite marble bathroom and large flat screen TV. The large and fully equipped kitchen also on the ground floor has access to a laundry room and to the back terrace and parking space. In the hallway you will find a guest toilet and the staircasr leading to the two beautiful large upstairs bedrooms and the second marble walled bathroom.

San Pedro is very much a family-centred town and as such, a favorite with holidaymakers with children and with young local families. There’s plenty for children to do – the new central boulevard is particularly appealing – and many activities in the town cater specifically for families.

Its proximity to Marbella and Puerto Banus is one of the main attractions because San Pedro allows you to live in quieter environment but with everything a busy resort has to offer on your doorstep. Walk to restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, etc.
San Pedro’s newest attraction “The Boulevard” has over 11,000m2 dedicated to parkland, with around 3,500m2 of lawn area and 32,000m2 of trees, greenery, plants and vegetation. It also features seven large water areas and an outdoor amphitheatre with seating for 500 spectators which hosts a regular schedule of performances, shows and activities for locals and visitors to enjoy. At the east end of the boulevard is a skating rink of 1,500m2 with children’s playgrounds including climbing frames, swings and other activities for kids and adults alike.
