La Entrada enjoys around the clock security service with CCTV cameras and every apartment has its own separate alarm system. This gated development is surrounded by attractive communal areas and gardens, large sized swimming pools, one of them is heated and in addition various water features. There is a private underground parking where you can park your car.
The Punta Prima Resorts are situated on the coast of the Costa Blanca just 10 minutes South of the city Torrevieja. A wonderful location, it has one small and one large fine sandy beach. These are some of the cleanest in the area and have been awarded blue-flag status, rocky coves, cliffs and fantastic sea views.
There are plenty of commercial centres nearby with bars, caf?s, and restaurants to enjoy. With a Mediterranean climate and 320 days of sunshine each year, it's not surprising Park La Entrada is a popular opportunity to spend your holiday and all year living.
The Punta Prima beach is the nearest beach on walking distance. In fact there are a number of beaches within a short drive away. Torrevieja can be reached by walking along the beautiful coastline ( approx 1 hour) There is also a local bus driving to Torrevieja frequently. A short distance takes you to golf courses at Villamartin, Campoamor & Las Ramblas.
Additional Conditions for the use of electricity! The mentioned rental rates are all inclusive costs of energie, unless more than 100Kwh per week to electricity is consumed, the muliple consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit at 0.25€ per Kwh. Keyholding will give you an explanation on site.
