This beautiful mediterranean home is a charming town house located in a quiet neighbourhood of Cala Sant Vicente, only a 5 min walk to its beautiful sandy beaches and blue water. The mediterranean style house which has a big terrace, is bright and decorated with light colors.
You enter the house directly into the cozy lounge. There is a fully fitted kitchenette with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday. In the corridor there is a light airy double bedroom and another equally bright twin bedroom. There is a bathroom in the middle of them. Byside there is located one single bedroom which private access to the veranda. All bedrooms has air conditioned/heated at no extra cost. In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h.
Enjoy the big terrace which surounds the house, from the BBQ on the veranda perfect for dining under open sky and with fabulous views to the solarium. There is also another toilet with shower attached to it. The beach house enjoys unlimited free WIFI for use.
In this holiday home you will also have a private parking.
From here you can walk to the beach and in the evening visit the restaurants and and bars that the town has to offer. They are specialized in seafood, altough offer a wide variety of dishes from Majorcan food to Italian.
Cala San Vicente (Cala Sant Vicen?) is an attractive and more quiet resort, and still offer a good variety of activities like kayaking, diving and snorkeling, or just relax at the beautiful coves and beaches with extremely clean water and breath taking landscape.
Old Pollen?a boasts several good restaurants and small caf?s. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.
Puerto Pollensa is 10 min drive from Cala, a perfect place for a day out at the beach or visiting its lovely restaurants, cafes and shops.
There is a Supermarket near the house and a big grocery within 5 min drive.
In a great location, just 400m from the blue coves, is an ideal choice for those who do not wish to drive everywhere, altough is also well-situated for exploring other resorts and picturesque inland villages.
