This very spacious and very well furnished townhouse offers 3 large private terraces including a lovely roof terrace with BBQ and great views over the ‘Concha’ mountain and the sea – ideal for al fresco eating, and another one overlooking the pool and lush garden. It has 4 very comfortable bedrooms, 2 enjoying sea views (1 king size with TV private balcony overlooking the pool and the mountain, one queen with ocean view and two with two twin beds, one with ocean view), 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) and 1 toilet. A fully equipped kitchen, a modern and large living room with dining area perfect for socializing, it includes Sat TV, dvd player and home theater, broadband and wireless internet.
We also have a great games room with pool and table tennis and an extra TV for video games. A great space to keep kids (and grown ups) entertained. Although the street is quiet and secure we also have private parking with automatic gate and direct access to house.
Our lovely townhouse is surrounded by top-rated golf courses, some of the nicest beaches along the entire coast and many great restaurants. It is located within 5 minutes of the famous Puerto Banus and within walking distance of Aloha Golf Club, Aloha Pueblo and its restaurants, yet it is very quiet as it is on a cul de sac street. Marbella center and the famous Plaza de los Naranjos and Casco Antiguo with its old town and cobled stone Streets, restaurants, tapas bar and picturesque stores is only 10 minutes away.

The townhouse is located in a small, quiet gated development, with a nice shared swimming-pool in front of the house. We can also arrange Golf outings at a discount on top Andalucia courses. We can also arrange airport transfers or assist with car rentals should you need. We can also arrange greeting packages if you do not want to shop on arrival. Medical needs are covered by a state-run health centre and number of private clinics and dental practices while large hospitals are nearby in Marbella and Estepona.
