Have the perfect holiday amongst the greenery of the spectacular hilly landscape in villa. This traditional villa is in Pollensa, just a short minute drive away from its center, a colorful town where you can walk through shops and restaurants or sunbathe in beautiful white sand beaches.

This charming country house is fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel like home. The living room is large and comfortable to chill, watching some Netflix or staying online on your own device with the free WIFI. Regardless of time or weather, you can have a fun day in the game room, where you can play some ping-pong.

Villa has two rooms with twin beds and a bathroom on the ground floor. In the mezzanine, there is a double room with a private bathroom. The three rooms have enough space to store your luggage, air conditioning/ heating at no additional cost. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h.

However, you won’t spend all day locked up, when you could be reconnecting with nature! You can step out to the beautiful private garden or spend the whole day sunbathing by the pool in case you don't feel like going to the beach.Villa is located in Almadrava, a privileged location surrounded by mountains. To fully enjoy your vacation, we highly recommend a car, so you can easily explore the surroundings.

You will love exploring the picturesque old town of Pollensa: its medieval architecture, its great traditional market, bars and restaurants with typical Spanish food. You could also visit the Port Pollensa, walk along the seashore, and swim, sunbathe or practice some watersports by the beach.

In Pollen?a you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollen?a’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.

Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.

In Cala Sant Vicen? (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicen? has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
