Still on the same floor there is new modern American style kitchen, fully equipped with all items and devices you may need for a perfect holiday. Open the big sliders from the kitchen to unite it with the pool area to enjoy the most outdoors life in summer time.

Upstairs on the first floor there is a nice twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a private terrace perfect for sunbathing. On the same floor, there are two extra twin bedrooms each one with a private bathroom ensuite, all made with high quality local stone designs. All four bedrooms have air conditioned / heated at no extra cost. In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h.

Villa is situated on a privileged location, in the old town of Pollensa, just 5 minutes walk to the square and very center of the village where all the restaurants, cafes and shops are located, which makes of it a great choice for those who do not wish to drive everywhere.
