Although part of the Pollensa countryside, the old town, the beach and the port of Alcudia have the nearest facilities to the villa. Within a short drive, authentic and contemporary restaurants and bars can be found , as well as the number of great beaches and calas. The outside space of Villa, appr. 200 m2 is perfect for enjoying a swim or sunbathing. The tables and chairs are shaded from the sun with the coverded terrace and the byside BBQ area invites to relax or or dinner “ al fresco, with fantastic mountain views.

The traditional Spanish living area leads to the fully equipped kitchen, in Amercian style. Two confortable seating ?reas with table and chairs are perfect to enjoy dinner or lunch in spring or autumn.

Villa has 3 confortable bedrooms, each continuing the Mallorca theme with high beamed ceilings. Both twin bedrooms shara a bathroom, meanwhile the double bedroom offers an en suite bathroom with bath/ shower.

All bedrooms provide air conditioning. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 14.00h to 16.00h and from 21.00h to 08.00h.

In Pollen?a you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollen?a’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.

Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.

In Cala Sant Vicen? (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicen? has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
