Villa is a cozy villa in the countryside in the Village of Pollensa. The style is a blend of rustic and modern, the villa is spacious and decorated with objects typical of traditional Majorcan culture, particularly of objects formerly used to work in the field and handmade old plated. The villa offers a cozy space to enjoy your holiday.

This fantastic Vacation Home measures 130 m2 and counts with 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with two comfortable classic sofas, a private well-maintained garden with Pool surrounded by the typical Majorcan nice garden. As for entertainment, there are provided items like table tennis, Satellite TV, free WIFI, board games and garden games.

The entrance to the villa is directly into the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern utensils and equipment you need on your vacation. On the right side of the dining room there is a Kitchen and at the left side there is a twin room.

From the living room there is access to a hallway which connects this space to the double bedroom and the bathroom, from this same space there is access to the Laundry. There is another hallway that connects the living room to the second twin room and a single room of the Villa, this space has a bathroom too.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h.

This service has no extra cost.

The Villa also has barbecue on the outside, where you can enjoy a wonderful dinner al fresco. The elegant design of the elevated pool and the solarium sunbathing area with a waterfall, makes of Villa a great holiday home. The Pool has fence so it is completely safe for family with children.

Villa is situated on a large plot partially screened by hedges , plants and shrubs with lawn areas and pretty flowerbeds with fencing around the perimeter.

Villa is well situated just 5 min drive both to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa where in the evening can participate of the variety of activities in town or visit the restaurants and bars that the town has to offer.

Old Pollen?a boasts several good restaurants and small caf?s. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.

Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking.

In Cala Sant Vicen? (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicen? has spectacular views and crystalline water.

A car is needed for additional flexibility as Villa is well-situated for exploring other beautiful and picturesque areas near it.
