Down the corridor there is a light and airy twin bedroom and an equally bright double bedroom byside, both decorated with large wardrobes. The bathroom inbetween is comfortable with bath and toilet. All bedrooms are air conditioned/heated at no extra cost. In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h.

From the lounge, doors open onto the north facing front terrace which is partially covered by porche for outdoor dining under open sky and with easy access to the fantastic pool and sunbathing area. The stone built BBQ byside invites you to prepare nice grill events and dinners. Villa has an annex , a seperate small building, furnished with one sofa bed and an exterior utility room with shower/WC.

From here you will enjoy the fantastic panoramic views towards the mountains of the " Serra de Tramuntana " Natural World Heritage since 2011.

The mountains form a pretty backdrop to the villa and to the front of the property you can see the historic building of Finca de Gaballi Gran.

Villa is situated on a large plot partially screened by hedges, flowerbeds, plants and shrubs.

Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca and surrounded by many points of interest like : Caves of Campent ,water fountains " Font Ufanes " and Sant Miquel chapel, one of the most ancient churches in Mallorca. The rural Hotel Monnaber Nou is near to Villa Gaballi and offers a restaurant with incredible views and culinary highlights.

Villa is located in Campanet, a cozy small town situated on the top of a small hill. Just minutes drive from its picturesque village, where you will find a variety of caf?s, traditional restaurants, bars and many typical shops with welcoming ambiences and folklore. Any Tuesday, you could visit its open-air market and find fresh farm products.

There is a big supermarket and grocery located 10 minutes drive.

In a fabulous location, 18 min drive from other villages like Pollen?a Old Town or Puerto Alcudia beach, the use of car is needed to move freely and make the most of your stay, as there’s much more to explore at the surroundings of Villa!
