The villa is located halfway between the charming old town of Pollensa, which has a large selection of restaurants, and the long sandy beaches of Puerto de Pollensa.

The house has a furnished terrace overlooking the garden and the pool with its lawn area. The pool measures 8 by 4 meters. The garden is surrounded by cypresses and from it we can enjoy the beautiful views of the Puig de Mar?a monastery, near Pollensa.

The house is formed by a living-dining room furnished with a sofa, armchairs, television, and table with chairs for six people. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, in addition to appliances such as refrigerator, oven, electric stove and microwave.

The rest of the house consists of a double room, a double, and a bathroom. Both rooms have air conditioning units, ideal to combat the hottest days of summer.
