Villa is one of the most fantastic rentals in our portfolio, set in the hills but not far from the historic Town of Pollen?a. Inside the Villa is tastefully decorated and very spacious with its five large bedrooms, centrally controlled air conditioning and wireless internet access available in the whole villa and outdoor areas.

The lounge area stretches along almost the whole length of the house and has large patio doors overlooking the terrace and lawned gardens beyond. Outside, you will find a large private swimming pool surrounded by a stoned terrace with plenty of space for sun bathing whilst covered terrace is the perfect spot for long balmy evenings, ‘al fresco’ dining and expansive countryside views.

On the ground floor you’ll find the a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other is a comfortable double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is also a second full bathroom in this area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge and all utilities that a kitchen may require.

On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There are two more twin bedrooms with great views towards the mountains and town, and another family bathroom. All bedrooms and the ounge area in Villa Siquier has AC/heating at no extra cost. In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h.

Villa includes modern facilities as Free A/C, Free WIFI, Private Pool, music player and table tennis.

The Villa has a step access of a 9 per 4 meters large private roman style Pool with 1.10m to 2.1m depth, surrrounded by beautiful lawn areas and close to the fabulous terrace, the covered dining area for memorable evenings with family and friends. Other external features are a builit in BBQ and a laundry.

Please yourself with amazing mountains and Pollensa bay views, in the excelent location of Villa Siquier. Relax or have fun in the pool with the luxury balinese beds with your beloved ones, in a quiet area of the villa and still very close to the old town and the beach.

The use of a car is necessary to move easily and make the most of your stay, as there is much more to explore in the surroundings of Villa!

The Villa with a great location is only 5 minutes from the beach of Puerto Pollen?a and 10 minutes from Cala Sant Vicen?, 5 minutes from the nearest Grocery and only 5 minutes from the center of Pollen?a by car.

In Pollen?a you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollen?a’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.

Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.

In Cala Sant Vicen? (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicen? has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
