A private entrance leads directly to the covered parking of the villa with the main entrance at the front of the house. Two cars can easily be parked here.

Simply beautiful, the bright and airy lounge with traditional Mallorcan beamed ceilings and inviting patio doors that overlook the covered patio and pool area. The stylish and exclusively furnished living room is an open space with dining area and has a comfortable sitting area, a flat screen TV, a charming space and a dining table. The independent, luxury stone made and modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area is spacious and offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay and culinary experiences.

The decoration of the bedrooms and the bathroom is a perfect blend of modern and Mediterranean style, with the eleganec of a high quality property.

All three bedrooms with plenty of storage space and air conditioning are on the ground floor, two with double beds and a bedroom with two single beds. The first bedroom with double bed has its own en suite bathroom with a spacious modern bathtub. There is also a bathroom in the corridor of the two other bedrooms.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h.

In Pollensa you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollen?a’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.

Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.

In Cala Sant Vicen? (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicen? has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
