Villa is located in Pollensa on the Spanish island of Mallorca. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 5 people with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms along with private swimming pool.

Layout

The villa is a traditional two-storey stone building, the air-conditioned living room is connected via a doorway with a fully equipped kitchen and an entrance leading to a sheltered patio with dining area. The ground floor has one single bed bedroom and one family bathroom. The inner staircase leading to the first floor with two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds) as well as two family bathrooms (one ensuite). Outside the villa is a private pool with sunbeds and garden BBQ all in a beautiful private tended gardens.

Living Room

The Air Conditioned living room has sofas, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, DVD player and dining area. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen features: granite work-tops, full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a Barbecue.

Bedrooms

Villa has 3 air conditioned bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air conditioned with 1 single bed. Bedroom 2 is air conditioned with a double bed. En suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is air conditioned with 2 single beds. Villa can sleep up to 5 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)
