Villa is located in Pollensa on the Spanish island of Mallorca. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms along with private swimming pool.

Layout

The two-storey property consists of an open plan living room with dining and sitting area with one family bathroom on the ground floor. The inner staircase leads to the first floor that includes four bedrooms (two with double beds and two with twin beds) as well as two family bathrooms (one ensuite). Both entrances lead to a separate sheltered patio with dining area. Across the private garden, there is a kitchenette with BBQ facilities. The garden includes a private swimming pool with sunbeds and table tennis for persons who are looking for additional fun and recreation.

Living Room

The living room has sofas, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, DVD player and dining area. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen features: full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a Barbecue.

Villa has 4 air conditioned bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air conditioned with a double bed. Bedroom 2 is air conditioned with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 is air conditioned with 2 single beds.
