A large covered terrace greets you. Entry door leads off this terrace, directly into the stylish lounge area with its nicely designed and ample comfortable sofas. This room has high ceilings with beams, decorated in cool tones of white and beige.

Leading off the lounge to the right area a door takes you into a corridor.

On the right is a complete bathroom decorated in blue coloured tiles with shower over the bath.(This bathroom has a heated towel rail.) Further on the right, there is a delightful double bedroom decorated in soft beige and white tones with easy sitting chair and fitted wardrobes. At the end of the corridor door opens into the master double bedroom with its feature wrought iron bed-head and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has its own private en suite shower room.

Off the lounge on the left takes you into the spacious open-plan dining room and fitted kitchen with american breakfast bar dividing the dining eating area. The kitchen has a feature wall oven and wall microwave. Directly off the kitchen door leads into a utility room which has door leading directly to the exterior accessed by 3 steps down.

The dining zone is a delightful room, tastefully furnished, offering a light and airy atmosphere, due to its one wall of large glass doors that open allowing direct access onto the super covered terrace with its comfortable terrace furniture, ideal place to take an after dinner coffee or pre-meal cocktail, the terrace has direct access and faces the lovely new pool.

Leading off the dining area, two steps lead down, into a split level large twin bedroom, again, tastefully decorated in neutral tones, with high ceilings and white painted beams, also a ceiling fan, along with stylish bedside lamps. There is a delightful sitting area in this bedroom with its large comfy cream colour sofas ideal place to relax. There is a door leading off this bedroom directly outside to a pathway with an overhead iron pergola,in the summer months is covered with flowers, pathway leads to both the covered terrace and pool and also to the covered BBQ entertaining zone.

The BBQ entertaining zone offers charming area to enjoy al fresco entertainment due to its style and ambience with large table with ample chairs, side table with lamp, and extra fridge in this area. This room enjoys looking out onto orange groves nearby the Villa. Within the covered BBQ, is an exterior WC/shower room.

The beautiful new pool is located at the front of the Villa, surrounded by lawn on three sides and set in natural surrounds, with extensive country views, both the pool and terrace have easy access to the BBQ area.
