This spacious villa is located in La Nucia just a couple of minutes drive from Albir, l’Alfas del Pi and Benidorm. The rooftop terrace, with its majestic view over Albir and The Mediterranean, is the perfect place to start and end your day.
The house is spaceous with 4 bedrooms, which all have comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and a practical office space. The second bedroom also has a double bed, and lots of floor space to put in extra beds/baby beds. The third bedroom has two single beds, with space for a extra bed if needed. The fourth bedroom has a bunk-bed and also floor space for extra beds.
The house was renovated in 2017/2018. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need. There is a large, separate dining area that dines 10 people without any problem. You could also add an extra table/chairs if there are more people. The livingroom is spaceous and bright, and has a TV with international TV-channels. There is also a air-conditioning unit in there. There is a lot of storage space around the house, and the entrance/hall has lots of room for shoes/clothes. A practical, separate area for cleaning and hanging clothes is next to the kitchen. Outside you will find the large pool, and huge garden where the kids can play, or you can sunbathe on one of the terraces. As a guest you will have access to the whole place.
There is free parking in the street, and also room for 1 car inside the gates.

The neighborhood consist of villas and detached houses. It is a quiet area, and will give you the Spanish feeling and a really relaxing holiday. It is close to several amusement parks for the whole family (Zoo, Aqua park, carnival). It is also an eldorado for cycle and golf enthusiasts. With endless roads for cycling and several well-reputable golf courses you will have the best time here. It is walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and bars (1,2km), 850 meters to pharmacy, or else the taxi fares are really cheap here. – Private parking space, and parking in the street – WIFI in all rooms – Aircondition units in all bedrooms – Sunbeds.
